Do you keep yourself Energetically Aligned ?

I tend to be very overly dramatic when it comes to many 

many things

But that is because I am an AWAKE Feeling 

Human being 

exploring every one of my own discoveries

It is not easy to EXPRESS ourselves so openly 

I mean that would take boldness and courage to FREELY uninhibitedly just be who we are - 

openly 

honestly 

expressively 

Compassionately 

as well as Passionately

For all to see

our inner world through a  microscopic lens

Let US be Friends

We must put into constant practice 

POSITIVE POWERFUL AFFIRMATIONS

that we FEED ourselves with 

We must learn to feed ourselves the things that we need in order to maintain our ALIGNMENT

Mind 

Body 

heart

& Soul 

This has definitely been a lifelong HEALTHY practice of mine that has PROVEN to me to be something quite SPECTACULAR no matter the weathering in my life
