Many times we are going to feel exhausted and not feel up to accomplishing many things .. We may feel so drained and tired of this constant striving to reach this place we envision for ourselves & when reality seems not to match up with our wants and expectations it can seem disheartening.
So many factors go into play when it comes to the bridge we are building in creating and living our dreams.
We must not lose focus or sight on our inner vision no matter how much the going gets tough ...
If rest is needed take a nap and start again ...
