Are Binaural Beats/frequencies Safe?

Like how do you know if these binaural beats that are created for us are actually not subliminals for other things that may not be what we think they are - or told they are?

I have questioned this time and time again

But then one day I was met with spirit and my clarity reigned supreme on my entire divine being

I was advised to pay attention to how things that I LISTEN to make me feel

and this revealed a truth very real for me

There has been music I have come across that when I listen to it - - - rubs / vibrates off of me in an odd / off like way - one that I can honestly say does NOT sit right with me

and whenever this occurs -- I take the ACTIVE ACTION oriented approach

and SKIP that beat
cause just like that ...

I AM commander of this ship of mine
and it is the reaction of my vibrations that I am looking out for
